Terms and Conditions: Applicant represents that all of the statements are true and complete, and hereby authorizes verification of the above information, references and credit records, including criminal records and eviction records. In as such, all References and Landlords shall be held harmless for providing any information that is deemed relevant. It is further understood that this is only an application and not binding upon Landlord as a Lease or a promise to Lease. Application in its entirely will be the basis of considation. Applicant acknowledges that false information herein may constitute grounds for rejection of this application and may constitute a criminal offense under the laws of Arizona. Holding Deposit, First Month's Rent and all Security Deposits must be paid in CASH. First Month's Rent will be pro-rated upon a 30 day month. Keys will be furnished only after Lease has been signed and all monies due have been paid in full. Lease must be signed by Tenants within 3 days after Landlord has given verbal or written Approval. Application will not be considered until holding deposit and application fees have been submitted. Application cannot be approved without photocopy of all adult Drivers License(s), and the most recent employment pay stub(s) or other verification of employment(s)/proof of income(s). Failure to provide these documents breaches the agreement whereupon the Holding Deposit is forfeited. These documents must be uploaded with the application, faxed to 520-529-6994, emailed to firstname.lastname@example.org or hand delivered within 48 hours after making application.
